Perfect little bungalow for a family of 4
10.0Loved the location, the cleanliness and owners were very easy to communicate with. They even left a booklet with lots of helpful information like their favorite restaurants and where to rent beach gear at a reduced rate. The chairs they left onsite for the beach were perfect, but the umbrella was a little flimsy so we rented a more heavy duty one, a surfboard and a skim board for the kids for less than it would’ve cost for any one of those items from another beach shop. I was also pleasantly surprised to find plenty of linens, comfy beds and everything in working order. We rent a lot of beach bungalows, and this was by far the cleanest and most well maintained.
− I wish the boogie boards were in better shape. Since this is a rental, I know a lot of people don’t take care of equipment and I totally understand not replacing things like that all the time but it would have been a plus if these weren’t all torn up since I prefer boogie boarding over surfing.

10.0The cottage is adorable: beautifully decorated, and cozy. The kitchen is stocked with any appliance or tool you need. The ocean is just a walk away, and the cottage has the perfect beach chairs!

9.0Great value for the money! The patio area was very nice, even in winter. The beach is an easy walk away and there are a few places to eat within walking distance (less than half a mile). It wasn't the right weather for it, but there was also beach equipment (chairs, cooler, etc.) available for guest use.The posted pictures are accurate and not misleading. <3
− The beds were not the most comfortable. The smart TV had a frustrating remote, but you should leave the TV off and enjoy the Space Coast!
