Initially we said we would stay again, because it really suited us, but now, maybe not!
7.0The location was great for our needs and excellently appointed. Contained everything we needed.
− We were unable to connect to the Wifi/internet despite contacting hosts numerous times. This was inconvenient for us, and it took three days for them to physically check and decide it couldn't be fixed as the modem was unable to be fixed. Bit of a nuisance but we coped! And now, six weeks since we checked out, the $100 refund we were offered has not been paid - despite numerous emails, and now they have said it has been paid - NOT! As another reviewer stated it also took some time before the bond of $300 was paid. Over two weeks!

− Oven dirty unable to be used, spa bath didnt work, outside pation overgrown and not able to be used, exterior security lights broken so no lighting to front door, complcated method of paying, had to follow up for several weeks to get $300 deposit back
