− Too close to loud late night activity. Parties were going on until 3:30am.

10.0Charming restored Victorian house right in the midst of Dayton's equally charming Oregon District (nice restaurants, coffee shops, pubs...)
− We were unaware that 5th street is closed to traffic each Friday afternoon through the weekend. If you come by car it takes some creative traffic negotiation to get to and from the limited parking area (the GPS got confused by the one-way streets and alleyway). But, not a real problem once you figure it out...

8.0A nice B&B that gives the impression of faded beauty. The room we were in was large and comfortable. But, although the walls appear freshly painted, overall the space could use a face lift. There are a number of interesting restaurants around the corner in a somewhat funky neighbourhood.
− Breakfast, such as it was, was minimal at best and not what one would expect at a B&B. Luckily, we were able to find a very nice breakfast restaurant a couple of miles away.

Great place to stay in Dayton
10.0This inn is a great place to stay in the Oregon historic district of Dayton. It is walking distance from several restaurants. The owner is an excellent host. You can meet her puppies. The rooms are comfortable . We truly love staying here.
