− La scala all'ingresso è molto ripida e stando con dei bambini sarebbe utile un cancelletto di sicurezza o simili.

− Assenza di uno spazio interno comune. Basterebbe davvero molto poco, un divano e un tavolino nella stanza occupata solo dal tavolo e dalla televisione e spostare il tavolo in cucina ( più piccolo) dove tra l altro manca.
