7.0Beanstandungrn im Bereich Fernsehen und Heizung worden vom Vermieter prommt beseitigt. Der Vorgarten war etwas eng und von der Sonne nur bedingt versorgt, da die Einhausung mit einer Hecke dringend gekürzt werden sollte Die Einfahrt zum Einzelparkplatz ist sehr eng, so dass man rangieren muss, um auf die Straße zu gelangen. Im Große-Ganzen waren wir zufrieden!!

6.0Die Aufteilung der Räume war in Ordnung. Insgesamt waren die Zimmer gut ausgestattet.
− Die Möbel zeigen zum Teil starke Gebrauchsspuren. In der Küche wäre eine Mikrowelle von Vorteil. Am Küchenherd ist der Griff abgebrochen. Die untere Etage mit einem weiteren Schlafzimmer ist nicht nutzbar. Dort riecht es feucht und muffige. Die Fenster gehen dort nur zum kippen. Im oberen Einzelschlafzimmer ist es schwierig das Fenster zu öffnen, da die Büsche stark herangewachsen sind. Auch die Küche weißt starke Gebrauchsspuren auf und konnte zumindest neu gestrichen werden. Parkmöglichkeit ist vorhanden, jedoch die Straße sehr eng, sodass das Ausparken mit einem Kombi schwierig ist. Ansonsten haben wir uns trotzdem auf Sylt sehr wohlgefühlt und einen schönen Urlaub gehabt.

− Die kurze Leitung der Brause im Badezimmer. Es war kaum möglich, sich abzubrausen.
