8.0− The smell of backed up sewage in the master bedroom cause us to stay at other hotels. No trash bags were initially in the room, and the beds were hard and very low to the ground. It wasn't clear who to contact to clean or provide supplies to the room. No comforter for the beds, only a thin spread.
