Excelente estadia. A piscina privada e o espaço exterior são ótimos para relaxar, e a localização permite desfrutar de muita tranquilidade. A casa está muito bem equipada, com todas as comodidades e utensílios necessários para uma estadia confortável. Destaco ainda a simpatia, atenção e disponibilidade da anfitriã, a senhora Lídia. Recomendo vivamente.

− Usual dogs barking, common at times in the Iberian peninsular. But the property can’t do anything about it.

Spacious & Well-Equipped, but Not Ideal for Young Kids

The house had all the facilities a family needs when traveling. The rooms are spacious, providing plenty of room for everyone. It’s conveniently close to the city center, yet far enough from the hustle and bustle to ensure peace and quiet. During the summer, the outdoor amenities offer hours of enjoyment, making it perfect for families to unwind. It’s a great balance between convenience and tranquility.

− The house was filled with so much expensive clutter that it made our stay quite stressful. Every room seemed to be packed with fragile items, which made us constantly anxious about accidentally knocking something over. It felt more like a museum than a comfortable living space. I can’t imagine how anyone with small children could safely stay here—it’s simply not child-friendly.

BE AWARE - DANGEROUS SWIMMING POOL!!

We would have rated the property and overall experience a 8 if it wasn’t for the incident with the swimming pool (see description below).

− One of our family member got electric shock from the swimming pool when she went to swim the day before we left due to high voltage in the swimming pool water. She now has ongoing nerve damages in the feet and it’s uncertain if it will go back to normal. My father in law is an electrician and said that this most likely happened because the swimming pool is not connected to the ground and therefore the electricity can go into the water and be extremely dangerous. The conductivity of the electricity is higher since it’s salt water in the pool. We contacted the property as soon as this happened but they said that it was an unforeseen incident which were beyond their control and happened because of rainy weather the days before. PLEASE be careful with the swimming pool if you rent the property. We are adults and this was really serious but we could have had children with us and I can't imagine how that would've turned out if they had been in the pool. We were left traumatized after the incident and we are lucky the consequences were not fatal. This unfortunately made a terrible mark on the end of our stay in Casa de Monsanto.
