− Все довольно обветшало и требует ремонта Ручка в ванную отваливается Запах канализации Муравьи Ящерицы Среднее оснащение кухни Уборка ! Девушки которые убирают номер Откровенно динамили и за 10 дней убрались 2 раза 1 раз нормально А второй прям откровенно нагло плохо И было видно ,что мы им не нравимся ) Возможно нужно хорошие чаевые платить ))))

Nice location, calm environment, clean apartment.

− The a/c did not seem to work. It was so hot in there. It was unbearable to sit in the living room / kitchen in the afternoon. There is no privacy with the common terrace just beside the apartment.

Excellent stay. The entire experience was smooth and comfortable. Great location, short walk to Pereybere beach. Faheem was super responsive and proactive in communication. The mattress was comfortable- we slept quite well.

− The wifi was patchy and not accessible in all rooms/corners of the flat. Can be looked into.

The apartment is very pretty and spacious, just as shown on the pictures. Very close to the Pereybere beach, restaurants, bus/taxi stop, dive centers and a decent supermarket. Bathroom is modern, shower works really well. Kitchen has everything for cooking. Balcony is big and overlooks the front of the building/parking area, quiet street. The owner replies to messages quickly and is helpful. When I arrived, (also on a public holiday)didn't find a safe, apparently it was broken by the previous tenant; Faheem installed a new one himself the next day. Wish there were less hickups, but overall, had a pleasant stay, thank you.

− The cleaning staff for apartment should do a better job cleaning, I had to request for all the bath towels and linens to be replaced. Also, lots of dust/dirt under the bed and couch. Soft furniture also needs deep cleaning. Washing machine mentioned, was for the whole building (2 on the ground floor). Building needs better maintenance wrt cleaning of stairs, floors.
