− The instructions to get to the apartment was cumbersome, we have to watch a video...after traveling 11 hrs last thing you want to do watching a video on our phone with no internet.., finally they sent instructions in plain English There were plenty of coffee cups but no coffee or coffee machine... Great apartment but missing the small touches to make your guests feel at home

− The collection of keys from the ice cream shop next door was challenging. The 1st night after my flight was delayed, I was unable to collect keys and had to sleep in the car.

9.0The accommodation is very close to train station and the lake. It is on the third floor with no elevator. The view is amazing. I loved the kitchen island with the view. I apprecited the black-out curtains in the bedrooms.
− I feel like the apartment could use more light (the living room has no ceiling light) but it is a matter of preference. It could also be a little cleaner (under the sofa).
