8.0Very clean and welcoming, very well stocked. Very happy with layout.
− No instructions for the TV, 3 different controllers, we are all over 60, so found it very difficult to work out, so gave up in the end. One sofa was quite uncomfortable, could feel the hard divide between the 2 cushions, which were quite soft compared to the other sofa. However, these 2 issues did not detract from our overall enjoyment of staying in the house .
Really nice property in quiet location. Beautifully fitted out.
8.0− No instructions for appliances. Cold bedroom floors at night. No net curtain/blinds in front bedroom.

− Had to search for the instruction leaflets on cooker which preferably should have been in show and not tucked away in the draws by the rear door.
Very pleasant and relaxing.

8.0Everything we needed worked; clean, and not noisy; easy parking; and there's a nice seating area out the back. We had a pleasant stay
− I'm not sure there was anything we DIDN'T like, but some things could have been better, e.g. more hanging space in bedrooms , so I sent Grace some suggestions by email.
