− Did not read how steep the steps were to the basement bedrooms. Three out of a party of five not physically fit to do the stairs and uneven floor safely. No freezer or even freezer compartment in fridge. Bunk bed room was like a cell, had to have youngest member open windows and close curtains by going on top bunk. Upstairs mattress well past prime. Very old property with tons of cobwebs and old fashioned. No windows opened at front of property wooden internal shutters. There due to work and long days. All went home Sunday rather than stay another night

Nice stay with some deductions

We only stayed for one night but it was still really nice. The bedrooms in the basement were lovely and cold, which we greatly appreciated during rhis heatwave. The kitchen was fine in its equipment and the bathroom was sufficient aswell.

− Sadly there was some (black ?) Mold in the bathroom , propably due to the humidity/ lack of airflow. There were some issues with cleanliness ( im still not quite sure why one of the beds were made and there was a towel drying next to it, looked like it wasn't fully cleaned up before we came )

A unique experience for one night.

The down stairs bedroom Is phenomenal!! Really beautiful Lovely big garden

− The barn door leading to the twin room sticks when full closed was hard to get back open but nothing major

Spacious central flat. Great to have supplies in the kitchen and bathroom

Well worth the money, surrounded by pubs and restaurants, nice garden , downstairs room very quirky
