1.0This was honestly one of the most frustrating and disappointing experiences we’ve ever had. We arrived at the property and got the keys quickly — that was the only smooth part. From the moment we stepped inside, it was clear the place was in no way ready for guests. There was no toilet paper, no bed linen at all, and the curtains were ripped. The walls were filthy and badly scuffed, giving the entire house a neglected and uncomfortable feel. To make things worse, the chairs were completely falling apart — we didn’t even dare sit on them. We were shocked. We stayed for just ten minutes before walking out. There was no way we could spend the night there. And despite all this, Booking.com offered zero support and still charged us £330. We left feeling angry, helpless, and honestly just cheated. I wouldn’t recommend this property to anyone — it’s unacceptable to charge people for a space in that condition. No one deserves to walk into a place like that expecting a stay.
