Some good, some bad. Cold!

Good: Clean, well equipped and great value for price. Felt safe.

− Bad: Smaller than pictures suggest eg kitchen has only 2 chairs. No freezer compartment in fridge. Wi-Fi very weak. Heating annoying and had to keep turning up (locked preset thermostat). Ben took 5 hours to respond to txt/phone message during day. Driveway very tight. Overpowering diffuser in lounge.

Very clean and decorated lovely

− Could not get the heating to work no matter what we were advised. Didn't matter too much the nice gas fire placed worked so we made do. But the WIFI instructions didn't get my friend onto the wifi while we were there.

Spotlessly clean. Good location. Free parking place on drive. Everything well thought out. Clear instructions given, and Ben very responsive to messages (unlike Alexandria apartments that we had to cancel)

− The bathroom was a little cramped for us but that was the only very slight issue (now on a diet!)

We had a good stay and would recommend the house.

Good price for a 2 bedroom with a dog. The off street parking was helpful and the kitchen was equipped with most everything we needed to cook. Nice backyard for our dog.

− It got warm for a couple of days and a portable fan would have been nice. But of course Harrogate doesn’t get very warm usually.
