a PERFECT place to stay in the east Ventura county area!
10.0This house was absolutely amazing and exceeded anything we all expected. We were anxious about having to relocate for a short period of time and moving into the house exceed any and all exceptions. We were amazing and how beautiful the home is, the yard is beyond anything you could expect, the neighborhood is quiet and friendly, beds are very comfy, kitchen is completely stocked, very welcoming set up with coffee, so cute, every room has a ceiling fan which makes sleeping so nice. I saw one review that complained about not really having 2 bathrooms and how hard it was for 5 adults to use one shower. Well, we were 4 adults and an 11 year old who was in sports. We saw absolutely no issue in one shower because everything in this house was perfect so you make do. There is a 1/2 bath which is very nice and makes the entire house so comfortable. I really can’t say enough about how perfect this house was for 5 people. Oh and the host, on a scale of 1-10 would be rated 100!

I would not stay in this location again. I would pay the extra $100 dollars person and stay a hotel with proper beds and
4.0Great neighborhood. A refrigerator. A coffee maker. Laundry was available.
− Advertised as a two bath which means two showers. It is actually a 1 1/2 bath. Five of us had to rotate timing for showers in the master bedroom. The beds are not good and the couch is horrible (like wood on the butt horrible). After making morning coffee there wasn’t anywhere to sit comfortably. And, zero lamps in the house.
The house and location was perfect for our visit and I would not hesitate to stay there again.
10.0Great location. Extremely well stocked kitchen. (We replaced a broken plastic wine opener with a metal one). Beautiful yard- loved the lemons!
− The living room couch is quite uncomfortable. I recommend replacing it. We had no water for most of the day Tuesday - we were given notice on Monday so we were able to work around it. (Not something within control of the owner)

9.0Everything was as described, comfortable, clean and sturdy, and there were snacks waiting for us as well! Our family of 5 reallý enjoyed our stay, it was as comfortable as being in our own home!
