A disappointing stay
1.0The apartment was in a perfect location for the city centre. Everything on your doorstep. The bed was comfortable.
− We have stayed in many properties through Booking.com all of which were very nice. This apartment was filthy no cleaning under the bed, skirting boards and cupboards. The terrace furniture is broken and rotting so you can't use it to sit on. The terrace decking is broken near the door so is a trip hazard. They supply you with crockery and cutlery but you don't have any way to clean them and dry them after use. As a luxury they offer you slippers which are very well used by many others. Unfortunately, no electricity from the evening for the rest of our stay but no interaction from the owner. It didn't seem they cared. Definitely would not stay there again.
