− The house was dusty, there were cockroaches, the toiletries were of poor quality, and the furniture and fixtures were old and worn. Most importantly, they accused me of damaging the furniture while ignoring the fact that the poor condition of the furniture nearly caused an accident involving my parent. They deducted money from my security deposit despite my objections and explanation. I am filing an official complaint, as I will not tolerate this kind of unfair treatment and bullying. They will create a WhatsApp group to communicate with guests. Please be aware that the group's administrators have the ability to keep or unkeep messages. As a result, they can selectively retain messages that are favourable to them.
