Absolutely terrible service
1.0− There were files all over the entrance and bathroom in my room. One of the beds had a stain on it. And the shower would not run hot. The water from the shower area was also leaking onto the floor, around the toilet. I've stayed one night, before I left and booked another hotel. I have not been able to get in contact with the staff since. I have claimed to get my money refunded, but they have not answered any of my calls or my messages.
