− Extractor fans in both bathrooms were not working. There was a beer can sitting under the couch since the day 1.

Comfortable place with open floor plan. We give it a two thumbs up 👍👍
8.0Open floor plan, deck, kitchenware and some supplies (laundry powder, dishwasher and dish soap, spices, oil, tea--not sure if owners left or former renters, but either way nice), washer/dryer, drying rack, location (very close to people I was visiting, near public transit, near grocery stores/mall/park
− Minor issues: Heat was on a preset program and would sometimes shut off; sink drain in master bedroom did not close; light in bathroom seemed to be arcing sometimes, needed to keep laundry room door open when using appliances and was loud/lots of heat; suggest getting ice cube tray and some bar stools for kitchen area; too many back and forths to provide gov't issued photo ID prior to arrival
Instead of 'cheerful' this apartment should be called 'sad'. It is tired and in urgent need of TLC.
2.0Communication from the hosts was good and instructions were clear. It is relatively close to a train & metro station.
− Definitely not good value for money. Extractor fans in both bathrooms didn't work, mismatched cutlery & crockery, only one bedside table per room, blind in one bedroom could only be opened halfway. The whole unit needs a coat of paint and a bit of maintenance.

8.0Excellent size apartment with secure parking onsite was perfect. located close to supermarkets and public transport. Would stay again.
− Minor issue with no exhaust fan operating in bathrooms. Caused steam to wet everything in the bathroom. Email to owner was responded to promptly to have resolved.
