− Instalação do banheiro. Chuveiro com poucs água, parece entupido e a água nao saia direito. A torneira do registro vazava muito, eu fechava para nao ficar vazando e ligava qdo ia utilizar o banheiro, pia... A noite dava pra ouvir vazamento de cima, provavelmente o banheiro estava com o mesmo problema. Box pequeno parece que nunca foi limpo o vidro nem os azulejos.
