10.0The house was really nice with everything we needed. There was even a little patio out back. The 2 bedroom/2 bathroom layout for our group - one couple and one single person - was perfect. The location was wonderful as it was an easy walk to the nearby restaurants and store in Talent, as well as an easy drive to Ashland, and a gorgeous drive to historic Jacksonville.

Pleasantly surprised with house and town of Talent and would stay again despite some issues.
8.0New, modern, clean house with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Coffee set-up/supplies. Kitchen well supplied with pots, pans, knives, plates, glasses, etc. Walking distance to interesting Talent businesses (cafe, restaurants, art gallery, etc). Quiet, friendly neighborhood. Good wi-fi. Loved tree book on mantel. Owners/Managers were very prompt in replying to email questions throughout our stay.
− Television is streaming services only so no ABC, CBS, CNN, NBC, etc. unless you subscribed or signed in with home user name/password to HULU or the like. Icemaker in freezer did not work. Filtered water spout in refrigerator did not work. Some complained about hard mattresses. Overhead lights in kitchen and dining area were very, very bright--need rheostats. No Kleenex in bathrooms. A/C only in living area, not in bedrooms; it was 100+ degrees when we were there so bedrooms were very warm even with overhead fans. Advertised one parking spot in front of house but there is a fire hydrant there, so it is not available (but driveway could hold two cars).
