It was well located for the wedding venues we needed to reach and for things to do in Leeds.

A funky inner city location with plenty to do locally. The bus stops right outside.

− There was rubbish littering the front path and the rear steps that are visible from the bedroom windows. This creates a bad impression - but does seem to be a wider problem associated with the neighbourhood.

Great convenient place to stay while dropping daughter to Uni and meeting up with relatives.

It was clean, quiet and comfortable. The bedrooms were a good size and it was warm. There was plenty of new crockery, cutlery etc. The shower was great, good water pressure.

− The outside area is scruffy, particularly at the back but the flat itself is clean, warm and safe. Just don’t expect a view.

Brilliant property. Really nice all the furniture, facilities etc was brilliant. Would definitely recommend it. 5 mins drive to my workplace. WiFi was fast and efficient.
