It was well located for the wedding venues we needed to reach and for things to do in Leeds.
7.0A funky inner city location with plenty to do locally. The bus stops right outside.
− There was rubbish littering the front path and the rear steps that are visible from the bedroom windows. This creates a bad impression - but does seem to be a wider problem associated with the neighbourhood.

Great convenient place to stay while dropping daughter to Uni and meeting up with relatives.
8.0It was clean, quiet and comfortable. The bedrooms were a good size and it was warm. There was plenty of new crockery, cutlery etc. The shower was great, good water pressure.
− The outside area is scruffy, particularly at the back but the flat itself is clean, warm and safe. Just don’t expect a view.

10.0Brilliant property. Really nice all the furniture, facilities etc was brilliant. Would definitely recommend it. 5 mins drive to my workplace. WiFi was fast and efficient.
