A parte piccole cose, il soggiorno è stato superlativo, ci torneremo molto volentieri.

L'appartamento è situato in una posizione fantastica con una vista spettacolare sul mare, grandi spazi per i bambini, tre bagni, perfetto per famiglie.

− Per noi che ci piace cucinare, le dotazioni di posate e attrezzi vari per la cucina erano un po' scarsi. Il frigo, noi eravamo in 6, era un po' piccolo e faceva fatica a raffreddare una volta riempito.

The view from the terrace/balcony is beautiful. The private parking is very convenient. Cities such as Genova, Sanmarino and Monaco are easily accessible, though keep in mind that it is at least a 2-hour drive each time (there and back). Restaurant like La Casa del Priore (meat) and Doppio Zero (pizza) are definitely recommended. Grocery store (Conad) recommended for daily shopping (food, drinks, etc).

− Outside: the plastic garden chairs (4) are uncomfortable and not equipped with a pillow; the sun loungers also deserve a new pillow; the parasol is much too small and thus does not provide enough shade (a larger or extra one is not a luxury) Inside: the sofa bed is of average to poor quality and very uncomfortable (as well as for children as for adults); few storage options for clothes if you are 4 people; toilet seat needs urgent replacement; not all listed kitchen appliances are present (no kettle, no toaster, neither iron nor fan); remove the carpet because it is unhygienic; overall comfort has failed

Very beautiful apartments with a stunning view of the city and the sea. The hosts are wonderful and very responsive, always ready to help at any time of day and answer all your questions. The apartments have everything you need, from a kettle and frying pans to a toaster. If you rent the two-bedroom apartment, you have direct access to the pool right outside your door, which is ideal. The pool is not heated, but if you’re from northern countries, this won’t be a problem for you. Both the pool and apartments are maintained in perfect cleanliness, making this place very pleasant to stay in. Another big plus is that Monaco is only an hour’s drive away, Nice is about 1 hour 20 minutes, and Cannes is less than two hours away. Highly recommended!

− On the downside, the internet works quite poorly. The connection is available for about 15-20 minutes and then drops, which complicates remote work. Secondly, this is not an entire villa. You should be aware when booking that if you rent the two-bedroom villa with a pool, you are only renting the first floor. The second floor is called a ‘one-bedroom villa,’ which is also just part of the villa. Between these two options, the ‘two-bedroom villa’ is definitely more beautiful and comfortable, at least because of the pool access. However, both floors can use the pool. I think the hosts should change the listing to ‘part of a villa,’ as this can be misleading. For instance, we would be willing to pay more to know the whole property is ours, without guests on the second floor who might intrude on privacy. I won’t lower my rating because it’s truly a beautiful place with wonderful hosts, and I hope they address this point.
