− Building is old. Lots of huge cockroaches. Parking bays were very small and extremely uncomfortable to park in.

5.0The apartment was spacious, clean, and well decorated.
− 1. There was an unpleasant damp smell in the apartment for 7 days. 2. There was a water overflow issue in the 2nd bathroom. 3. The apartment has poor lighting, 4. We were there for 7 days, the apartment was cleaned once, and the towels were not changed, we had to call in for the cleaners to bring new towels. 5. The apartment was comfortable. However, the overall experience walking into complex from the parking into the reception area was dark, poorly lit, and overall unpleasant.

6.0Beautiful apartment modernized with most things needed. Also very neat. The aircon in the lounge was a life saver.
− There was a very strong and terrible mold smell right through the apartment. Seems like it is coming from the bathrooms. Almost making it hard to breathe. We had to sleep with all bedroom doors wide open to get air. All bedrooms were also EXTREMELY hot with just a ceiling fan. Kids had to sleep in the lounge by the aircon just to get a good nights rest.
We absolutely enjoyed the place
8.0The location was perfect, just across the road from the beach. Emdloti was also very safe. Room amenities well thought out.
− They need to just sort out the interior public spaces (landings on ground floor) of the complex that are kind of junkie and poorly lit. They tend to then give a negative image of an otherwise beautiful property

10.0The view and location was great, easy excess to the shops and restaurants. the unit was clean and comfy, appliances were good quality. The pool area was beautiful to look at and clean.
− No elevator excess from the parking lot, not wheelchair or elderly friendly.
