10.0Für 3 Personen ideal geeignet. Die 55 qm sind optimal aufgeteilt. Die Schlafzimmer sind ausreichend groß und in den Schränken ist genug Platz. Die Betten haben eine super Matratze- so gut habe ich schon lange nicht mehr geschlafen. Der Wohnbereich bestehend aus einer Küchenzeile , die sehr gut ausgestattet ist, ein Sofa sowie ein Esstisch mit 4 Stühlen ist sehr gemütlich. Das Badezimmer ist mit einer Dusche ausgestattet, was ich sehr bevorzuge. Alles war sauber und ordentlich. Die Terrasse ist groß und geht auf ein großes Grundstück über. Wir haben dort gefrühstückt und den Sonnenuntergang genossen. Die Lage der Wohnung ist optimal: 1. wenige 100 Meter zum Strand,2. wunderschöne ruhige Lage und zum 3. das Zentrum von Nieblum ist ca. 1,2 km entfernt. Wir haben uns sehr wohl dort gefühlt und kommen ganz bestimmt wieder.

8.0Die Lage ist gut, man ist schnell am Strand und blickt auf eine Pferdeweide (mit Pferd, das sich streicheln läßt). Die Wohnung liegt im EG und ist geräumig.
− Mückengitter teilweise löchrig, teilweise ganz defekt (Schlafzimmer). Handtücher und Bettwäsche sind nicht im Preis enthalten, was so aus dem Angebot nicht klar ersichtlich war. Wenn die Wohnung darüber bewohnt ist, ist es baulich bedingt recht laut.
