10.0Przepiękny apartament, bardzo dużo miejsca. Ten widok na Bazylikę z okna jest cudowny! Całe historyczne centrum w zasięgu ręki. Spacerem blisko wszędzie! Wspaniała przyjazna i niesamowicie pomocna obsługa!

STAY AWAY! LOOKS NOTHING LIKE PICTURES, NO AIRCON AND REEKS OF CAT PISS

NO AIRCONDITION - NO BALCONY - THE HOST SCAMMED US AND SAID WE WOULD GET A REFUND IF WE LEFT BECAUSE OF THE LACK OF ARCONDITION AND THEN GHOSTED US, LEFT EVERYTHING TO BOOKING.COM WHO ALSO NOT WANT TO HELP US. we had to sleep on the floor in the kitchen because there was not any airconditon in the bedrooms / upstarirs was a complete mess!
− reeks of cat urine in the kitchen / living room - looks nothing like the pictures! unfriendly host, not understanding of our situation, we had to leave because it was so bad. Only wanted to communicate trough WhatsApp - DO NOT DO THAT! booking.com will not help you if the commination is not trough this platform. wrote us we could get a refund, then did not give us the refund. This is not value for money, this place is expensive for Mantova, find another space similar. - no air-condition on top floor where the bedrooms are (not even a fan or anything) - reeks of cat urine downstairs - no balcony - two locked rooms downstairs, one of them with a light that goes off and on, and the whole thing is just super dodgey and not nice. stay away!

Wir hatten eine wunderbare Woche in Mantua.
8.0Die zentrale Lage war für uns sehr gut, wir konnten alles in der Altstadt in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß erreichen. Die Wohnung war mit allem ausgestattet, was wir brauchten und bot viel Platz. Der Vermieter reagierte jederzeit schnell auf unsere Fragen.
− Wir mussten von der Haustüre bis zum Schlafzimmer 60 Stufen steigen. Das hätten wir gerne vorher gewusst. In der Nacht war es sehr lange sehr laut auf der Straße (lärmende Menschen auch nach dem Schließen der Lokale um 1Uhr), sodass wir kein Fenster öffnen konnten.
