1.0我们没有入住因为他们给的密码打不开门，我们在门口等了半个小时都联系不上房东然后我们去住了旅馆，我们订了3天，但从未入住客服说如果我们不满意可以退订但我一直留言要退订，但一直没有收到回应。
− 他们临时改了入住地址，而且到了他们提供的新地址只能打开楼下的门三楼的门一直打不开，我们对客服的服务非常不满意
