− GARBAGE PILED IN FRONT, NO AIR, NO WIFI, HORRIBLE COMMUNICATION! STAY AWAY DO NOT RECOMMEND SAVE YOUR MONEY! YOU BETTER OFF AT MOTEL!!! And THEY KEEP YOUR BELONGINGS HOSTAGE IF YOU DONT WANNA CASH APP THEM!

1.0我们没有入住因为他们给的密码打不开门，我们在门口等了半个小时都联系不上房东然后我们去住了旅馆，我们订了3天，但从未入住客服说如果我们不满意可以退订但我一直留言要退订，但一直没有收到回应。
− 他们临时改了入住地址，而且到了他们提供的新地址只能打开楼下的门三楼的门一直打不开，我们对客服的服务非常不满意
