Definitely recommend the cottage for an escape from hectic busy life to quite space.
7.0The cottage is comfortable. However in cold weather it wasn’t comfortably warm enough. The hot tub is nice and big but it’s uncovered, so in rainy weather is not useable.
− Overall we enjoyed our stay in the cottage. Nice escape in the quiet country side. However there wasn’t safe path to walk our dog. We only used the garden and drive to safe place. This is due to high speed road when you exit the cottage car park.

10.0Peaceful and quiet spacious, modern cottage in lovely, well kept grounds. The wood burner was lovely, just perfect for the cosy, autumn nights. (One initial basket of logs is provided free) The kitchen is well equipped, with washing liquid/dishwasher tablets supplied. Comfy bed and choice of bath or shower. Note that you need to bring your own shampoo/body wash. The use of the paddock was great for exercising our little dog. There was plenty of space for her to run around and explore. Thank you for a relaxed stay in the lovely 'Pig Cottage'.
− There was nothing we didn't like about the accommodation, perhaps just the location of the cottages on a busy main road, which was a bit hairy walking into the oncoming traffic to get to the nearest dog walking area a few hundred yards away. We realised it would've been best to have taken the car.
