− La piscina tenía el agua turbia , cuando llegué la puerta del elevador estaba llena de agua ,a la hora de irse hay q dejar todo fregado y casi como cuando llegaste
Our stay was very relaxing and enjoyable!
10.0It was a great location. The property was very homey and comfortable. Much better than a hotel. Just about everything you need was in the apartment.
− Only thing we didn’t like was that we had to leave and couldn’t stay longer. 🤣
Very nice condo, would rent again
8.0The apartment was tiny but adorable. While I wouldn't want to cook proper meals in the tiny kitchen, it was well stocked and totally adequate for snacks etc. and even included coffee for our stay. The furnishings and bedding was nice and we appreciated the beach chairs and towels that were there for our use. Very nice decor and plenty of bath towels etc.
− I requested an early check in by 1 hour and never got an answer on that. We arrived at 3:30 and waited around in the parking lot for the 4pm check in only to find that the cleaning crew was in the unit and didn't actually finish until 4:30 so we were unable to get in even at normal check in time - much less earlier as I'd requested. This annoyed me because, if approved, they charge $30 for early check in so why don't I get a $30 refund for not being able to access the unit at standard check in time? I just don't appreciate the double standard. Wifi didn't work a lot of the time and therefore neither did the TV (smart TV) which was a pain in the evenings. It was 4th of July weekend and apparently the island only has one cell tower so most of the time, we had no cell reception and no wifi at the condo so we weren't able to book reservations for dinner etc. I think this was likely because they were overbooked at the complex due to the holiday weekend more than anything. This is a first floor apartment and we had to wear ear plugs to sleep. VERY noisy above us. It sounded like the people overhead were rearranging furniture all night, everynight. Not much that can be done about that but it was very annoying.

− The pool wasn’t open on the only day we were able to go to it! It was very disappointing
The place is great. Just no storage for luggage bags. No extra towels or kitchen towels.
