10.0The place was spacious and clean with all amenities. Perfect place for family and friends. We reached the place around 11pm and owner received us with a smiling face even at that time.

− You don't wanna stay here. To be avoided if possible. It's a house under reconstruction. See photos. Inside, there is the most basic equipment (bed, shower, toilet, kitchen), but apart from that, there is no furniture, no decoration... it's empty, crude and inhospitable. The toilet and the bathroom weren't really clean, I saw a few spiders. But mainly, even if it was nice inside, a sensitive human being can't feel good in a half destroyed / unbuilt house in the middle of a construction site (instead of a garden), with an excavator in front of the window (it left before I took the photos). I also had to move to another room because I was hearing a mouse or a rat crunching somewhere inside the wall, which was driving me crazy...

Great place to stay
10.0The location is perfect. It is near Tatev monastery (2 minutes walk), Wings of Tatev (2 minutes walk). From Tatev monastery there is also a beautiful hiking trail that goes through astonishing nature and reaches Devil's Bridge, one of the must-visit places of Tatev. There are all the facilities needed. Value is great. And the host is the best.
