What we needed exactly where we needed to be.
8.0Great space in a lovely building. Lovely decor, furnishings, well equipped kitchen etc. The roof terrace would be amazing in the summer months. Very quiet location.
− We could have done with some more instructions e.g. re how to set the heating (we were rather chilly) and the tv, video etc.

A delightful apartment within the heart of Snape Maltings and a perfect base for exploring Suffolk.
9.0The apartment is bright, airy, spacious, well-equipped and very comfortable. It is full of lovely art work and there is a charming courtyard garden and roof top terrace. We loved being so close to the concert hall, shops and facilities. It is a perfect base for exploring the area and there are some great walks nearby. We wish that we could have stayed longer!
− We had some difficulty locating the entrance to the underground garage but fortunately we bumped in to a member of staff who was extremely helpful. Once inside it was easy to find the keys in the key box. We were unable to access WiFi because the password wasn't clear. We tried all sorts of permutations to no avail! We recommend that it is typed out. The ventilation in the shower room is not working.
