The property did not justify the cost and aside from the kitchen, the property is dated.

− No bags in bins. Parking on street is permit only, which wasn’t advised. Mould in bathroom. Too much “fur” rugs, mats and covers.

− From start to finish this stay was a nightmare. The property had not been cleaned prior to our arrival. All bed linen and towels were from the previous occupants. Bathroom was filthy and all pots were unwashed. When we arrived we had to strip the beds and wash all the linen and towels ourselves. Luckily I had bought my hoover so I could vacuum otherwise this would have been another problem. We contacted K suites who acknowledged it hasn’t been cleaned and they would pass the feedback onto the house keeping company. They then offered to send someone at 12pm on the Saturday which Oo declined as at this point I had cleaned the property myself. They are full of excuses and do not care about your stay. We paid £350+ for two nights and would tell anyone to cancel If you can

10.0Location is excellent. Very comfortable beds. Local shops on doorstep. Lovely towels and bedding.
− Could do with a better quality vacuum cleaner if allowing dogs to stay. Cleaners need to pay more attention to the finer details. Cobwebs in corners. The door from dining room to hallway has a door hinge that needs attention as the screws are missing and the door has dropped. Other than that it is an excellent place to stay.
