10.0Location is fantastic. Rooms are large and clean. Room and furnishings were in great condition. Staff are very friendly and helpful.
− It is not great looking from the outside, but that isn’t very important.

− Bathroom was not great…extremely small and only useable by one person at a time.
Overall, we were very pleased with our stay. Best location!
9.0Excellent location! Walking distance to places of interest. Love the fact that Beacon Hill Park is just behind this hotel. Our room is spacious too. The kitchen is an added bonus.
− There was no elevator. But no big deal for us since we only had a carryon luggage to get to the 3rd floor.
