The location is good, I already knew the area and it's nice and safe.

− The house is much smaller than it looks in the pictures, specially the toilets. The sinks are ridiculously small and in one of the toilets you can barely sit because you're stuck between the wall and the shower. We were left with barely no toilet paper so he had to rush to the store on the same day. Our bed had no mattress covers/protectors and we didn't have 2 towels per person as advertised. On the arrival day, later in the evening we realised that all the bath towels were soaking wet wrapped on our top of beds and I had to dry them almost one by one until late at night because the dryer was not drying them all together. Although I contacted the team and they have replied, no one came to deliver clean dry towels and they asked me to dry them myself saying the housekeeper insisted it was all dry when she left, and that she had also sent a video showing there were two big towels per person on the bed. As there's really nowhere to dry the towels daily and they don't replace them, they were always damp and the washing machine was left with dirty clothes inside, so you couldn't really use it. The furniture was clearly very dusty everywhere, the table linens and rugs were dirty and two of the rooms had no blinds or blackout curtains. The microwave had a strange nauseous smell and we couldn't use it.

So smooth from start to finish, had a direct line of communication with the host and made my stay so easy. Can’t give enough props to this host and apartment lovely place, very spacious, clean and had all the amenities that were advertised. Can’t fault this place, thank you to grace!
