Great place for a family stay (and even better in summer)

The place offest the full home-away-from-home experience: full-scale kitchen (with a dishwasher, a microwave, 2 coffe machines and a toaster), WiFi, terrace with outdoor furniture, 2 bathrooms and a washing machine. 3 bedrooms are enough to fit 2 kids and 3 adults. The lake view is also breathtaking. There is a shared pool in 2 min on foot but we haven't tried it as it was quite chilly in October.

− The photos may be slightly misleading: - This is not a single house but a section of a bigger building with a separate entrance. Other parts of the building are rented the same way. - There's no exit to the garden from this exact apartment (although there are from apartments on the 1st floor) -- one need to use a footpath on the side of the building. - The pool is shared between several buildings (all with rented apartments); no external people but not a private pool as well.

We liked the apartment very much, and when requested, Wonderful Italy were responsive hosts.

Very pleasant staff at reception, responsive to service requests. Location is very good, internal facilities are very good.

− Some of the eating and kitchen equipment was missing, e.g. only 4 wine glasses for 5 people, only 1 dishwasher detergent tablet. Not enough pillows and covers/slips for the pillows in the apartment for 5 people. A shower did not function properly and had low water flow. Some light fittings in the living area did not work.

Great location, pool was lovely, had everything we needed ie, towels, kitchen utensils, outside space

− Wasn't cleaned properly when we arrived, cobwebs and spiders everywhere, floors not cleaned, dusty . WiFi kept cutting off every 10 - 15 minutes
