Overall, a fantastic stay. First, the areas for improvement. Questions sent to Booking.com prior to check in were not answered but were addressed when I called. Light bulb replacement needed in smaller front bedroom. Bathroom door didn’t latch/lock and had laminate strip hanging off the bottom edge of the door. New batteries needed in bedroom remotes. Entry code did not work upon check-in but was soon resolved when Charles arrived to reset it. The lights above the pool (looks like it’s connected to 120VAC) could potentially be a hazard if they were to fall into the pool. Lights were swaying on the windy days. Upon checkout/lockup, the bedroom door to the patio was difficult to close because of rotted door jamb and missing screw to the latch plate. All of the above were relatively minor issues and we had a wonderful time at the rental. The place had very comfortable beds, the pool and patio were the highlight as well as the game room! Very clean and comfortable place. The kitchen was well stocked and all that was needed was groceries. There were even some basic items left behind from previous guests: spices, cooking oil, etc. We would definitely love to rent this property again and thought this was a good value especially since our stay was right before the snowbird season picked up.
