6.0The property is very clean and the staff are very nice. I love the location and have stayed here previously, but the larger apartments have since been rented out long term. As a result, we stayed in the lower rooms, and the standard is far below the apartment. The standard is poor.
− The mattress was an inner spring cheapy. Hard with springs bulging through. By the end of our stay I could barely walk. And only two old lumpy pillows. There is not a single facility in the room. Not a spoon, fork or cup. No kettle. No toiletries or soap. Nothing. I am seriously disappointed and thay was my last stay at Surfaris.
