9.0Curat, liniște, check in fara complicații, baia spațioasă, o mica bucătăria utilată .Zona Titulescu e una din cele mai apreciate din Satu Mare,Parcul din apropiere e perfect pt plimbarea cu cățelul, posibilitate de cumparaturi la Petromul din parc, spălătorie auto,dacă aveți nevoie, gelaterie , brutărie toate la o plimbare de 5 min.
− Nimic negativ doar O mica sugestie: În locul dulapului foarte mare din dormitor, pe care cred ca nu mulți îl folosesc , ar fi poate mai utile o măsuță cu doua fotolii și un dulap mai mic, dacă vrea omul sa bea seara un pahar de vin sa aibă unde sa stea confortabil.
