4.0The apartment itself was well laid out, comfortable and warm.
− Arrival and access to the apartment disaster. The day before arrival we were provided with three separate codes for doors to access the apartment. The first code (outside door) was incorrect so we were stuck outside and had to call a number which turned out to be a service. They gave us a new code and we eventually got in. The apartment is down alleyway a set of shops and restaurants. On the first morning after our arrival we had to step around a pool and vomit as we exited the front door. Presumably from someone who had been in the restaurant or ours outside. The image of the property on the booking.com Site is very different from reality. Fortunately, we were just looking for somewhere to sleep for the two nights we were there. We had 92 year-old mother with us. The access issues and environment were not really suitable, but we were stuck with that.
