− The red leather couch is very ripped, 1 fork for 3 people, advertises a flat screen tv.... Only to not have access to channels or the Internet (due to the apartment having no wifi). Blinds in my apartment were as useful as a chocolate fireguard, mangled and broke. The front door is a joke, you have to complete 64 turn combinations before you can get in the front door, due to a broken yale lock. The lock in my apartment door was also a puzzle. The mattress feels like sleeping on a bag of rocks, I like a hard bed... But really? Overall, I wouldn't stay again, as I can't be bothered with the added escape room vibe, nor the shoddy furnishings.

− El casero es un incompetente, no te envia toda la información necesaria para entrar al piso, no hay wifi porque el router estaba roto o quemado le enviamos una foto y le explicamos el problema (por WhatsApp porque por booking no contestan) y nos dejo en leído. Horrible. 34° en londres cuando llegamos y no nos dejaba entrar antes de las 15:00 cuando he leido en algunos comentarios que si que dejaban. El sofa cama incomodisimo una parte se hunde y el otro sofa es de cuero y esta roto, no funciona ni el reloj de la cocina. Solo habia un rollo de papel higienico para ¡¡¡4 dias y 4 personas!!! Tiene unas ventanas en el techo que no se podian cerrar y el calor fue insoportable habia una especie de termostato pero sorpresa tampoco funcionaba.
