Der Vermieter ist sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Die Lage ist sehr gut. Nebenan befindet sich eine leckere Bäckerei, gegenüber eine Pizzeria und eine Eisdiele. Optimal.
− Keine Parkplätze zur Ferienwohnung. Ständig muss man suchen, wo man kostenfrei parken kann. Oder ab 9:00 Uhr sein Auto schnell woanders hinstellen.

Location. Had family close by so it was perfect. Walk to town/parks/Schloss great. Size of apartment, very roomy. 90% of apartment clean and tidy.
− Cleanliness of kitchen & shower was poor so our first impressions we're not good . Dishcloth & drainer very dirty. Fridge not wiped out. Shower drain had lots of black hair. No toilet roll. Poor supply of cutlery and crockery. No number on apartment door. Garden overgrown and ashtray on outdoor table overflowing with butts Garbage bins lined up on pavement under our bedroom windows for the whole week was not a good look (or smell). I did contact owner but was told nobody else had ever complained so sent photos. Said they would replace cloths and bins but that didn't help us. Hopefully next people will benefit.

The apartment turned out to be larger than we thought from the photographs, our family was quite comfortable. The apartment is well equipped with new furniture, a modern refrigerator, washing machine, and kitchen. There is access to a small courtyard where there is a table, chairs, and a barbecue. The owner was always in touch and resolved all issues.
− Insect screens could be installed on the windows.
