Worst stay ever!!! Doesn't even deserve 1 star

The service was awful, the flat was awful I would rather sleep on a park bench than book this flat again EDIT TO REVIEW - Please note we did not book the flat out for illegal parties, it was booked out by head office for staff to stay in for a charity event - no refund was ever given even though promised and repeatedly saying it was completed the flat owners stole £185 Booking.com clearly state and warn do not share any personal ID through the site when booking. I would never send a photo of a driving license or passport via text to someone

The flat was set across 2 floors, in a quiet area of hackney. Comfy, spacious, great value for money when it's split between 4 of you. Beds were really comfy and the owner was easy to talk to via txt.

− The bathroom was small and could have been a little cleaner, but apart from that it was good.

The property is as described, nicely decorated with a home from home feel. It’s spacious, the beds were comfortable. The kitchen is well equipped. WiFi worked well. Owner was responsive and polite. Even when there was no key for us upon arrival, it was rectified quickly.

− As soon as you enter the flat, the whole place smelled of cannabis. The bathroom and toilet were a bit outdated and old compared to the rest of the flat. Not dirty, just aged. Did not affect our stay. What did affect our stay was the noisy neighbours. We stayed on a Saturday evening and there was some kind of rave happening in a neighbouring flat until around 3am which was extremely loud. Then the footsteps/banging from the floor above started at 6am, so far from a good nights sleep.

Great stay, very spacious rooms and living room. The kitchen utensils could have been cleaner. But overall the property is exactly like pictures and host is great with being responsive.
