8.0It was newer and in an area with many mansions and high end homes. I was clean and roomy with nice appliances and furnishings. I had security cameras and on-site parking. The owner is very helpful and accessible. Wilber is a great host and has very nice newer vehicles for rental. A great host.
− Only one bathroom. I think it's a real value and would stay again. Add an inflatable hot tug in the back.

10.0Beautiful place. We loved everything about it. It's nice and equipped with everything you need, plus extra. The owner was on top of things, very helpful,extremely friendly, and just a call away. We felt saved. Their's a person that takes care of the house. He would come by to make sure we were OK and if we needed anything. We were so happy with the stay that we extended our stay and even wanted to buy the house. FYI Not for sale lol.
