Ubicación y entorno perfecto en apartamento que precisa reformas.
7.0Ubicación excelente en bahía Fornells en urbanización muy tranquila y familiar .
− Necesita reformas estructurales . No hay AC, la cocina no tiene campaña extractora y está muy vieja , necesita una limpieza más a fondo( encuentras lápices , papeles e incluso muñecas rotas por los armarios ) del posible propietario .
