8.0Buona collocazione rispetto al centro cittadino. Camera molto spaziosa, DOTATA DI TUTTI I COMFORT indispensabili.
− Metterei delle tendine oscuranti alla finestrella del Bagnetto, per evitare che qualcuna possa vedere dentro dall'esterno cortile. Installerei anche una lucina notturna per vedere durante la notte in caso di impellellente necessità di alzarsi. Per il resto resto tutto abbastanza buono.

10.0In pieno centro, comodissimo. L'appartamento era dotato di tutto l'occorrente: cucina attrezzata, bagno pulito con phon e lavatrice, asciugamani inclusi. Piccolo, ma super efficiente. Armadio comodo. Ho apprezzato di avere trovato anche spugne e occorrente per lavare i piatti. Non scontato.
− Materasso scomodo e letto molto basso.
