7.0Communication and friendliness from the host. Reasonable price when compared to most of Billund. Self check-in possibility. The location is extremely close to the center.
− The mattress was not of decent quality. WiFi didn't work in the room. Not enough amenities for cooking.
Functional for a short overnight stay like a hostel. Would have preferred the price of a hostel.
4.0It was clean and functional but it was impersonal. Like a hostel but more expensive.
− The owner didn’t take my call - went straight to answering machine. I did not initially have access to WiFi, the owners were slow to respond and didn’t answer all my queries. No toiletries, no coffee / teas, no breakfast offering. The room had a smell upon entering. The kitchen area was grimy, dirty & could have been cleaned regularly.
