Veneza encantadora, mas sem malas grandes!!
9.0Localização excelente, bem próxima de uma estação de vaporetto e da Piazza San Marco. Quarto bem confortável. A responsável que nos atendeu foi muito simpática e atenciosa. Os kits de café da manhã atenderam bem nossas necessidades.

Excellent place to stay - a bit hard to find - but worth it.
9.0Well. The upper level entry location is tucked into a corner at the top of the Spanish Steps to the left - wedged between a restaurant and all the parked motor scooters. We had a problem finding it from our phones map. They could have also told us if using the Subway / underground when you exit the Metro area and walk up to exit - go down the round tube area. We turned right and ended up walking 2 miles around to find the hotel. Not good if your older like we are. Liked - Loved the hotel itself and the staff. You get keys to enter the hotel, your room and the glass door. Breakfast when we go to use it was wonderfully great. Staff were very friendly and helpful. There is a taxi stand at the top entry point and one at the lower exit point - to the left. Plus using the lower exit from the hotel and walking past the Spanish Steps the metro entry was there. The three coins in the fountain statue was less than a 1/2 mile away from the back exit / entrance.
− The phone map app could have done better showing the place. Or Maybe a talk about where they were located. When you have been traveling for 5 hours to get there it would be most helpful.
