6.0The beds were comfortable. The employees were nice.
− The windows in the room didn't open, so it felt claustrophobic. They only cleaned the room/brought fresh towels, etc every other day. The shampoo and shower gel wasn't refilled. The A/C didn't turn on at night. The breakfast foods were mediocre. The fan in the bathroom couldn't be turned off at night. People were smoking around the pool in the evenings, so we couldn't use it.

Lovely stay in Cottonwood!
10.0The location was great in Cottonwood, near Clarkdale and Jerome. Very spacious room with refrigerator and microwave. Lots of parking. The staff was very helpful and cheerful. We had a very nice stay here.
