Disappointing small things given the price paid.
5.0The location is great. The villa is spacious, clean and has an amazing view.
− There were some maintenance issues which need to be attended to. Broken shower head, running toilets, outdoor lights not working, toilet roll holder broken. Customer service from property managers was also not great. Request for twin beds was ignored and sheets were dumped on the doorstep when we requested they address it (we were left to mar up beds ourselves). On checkout we were left at the airport with our luggage 2.5hrs before the flight and could not check in. Alternate luggage storage option should be provided.

− Kitchen supplies limited. Jam jars used as drinking glasses, requested proper glasses which they said they would supply but never did.

7.0We stayed at Bella Vista on Hamilton Island and found the property to be very clean and well equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay. The only downside was some noise coming from the main bedroom bathroom — the toilet was quite loud and a bit annoying, particularly at night. That said, during Cyclone Koji, we were incredibly well looked after. Our flights were cancelled, and the owners very kindly allowed us to stay on in the accommodation at no extra cost, which we were extremely grateful for. Their generosity and understanding during a stressful time really stood out and made a big difference to our experience. Overall, a lovely property with thoughtful hosts

− Main shower head broken ,couch was dirty,old .the carpet in bedrooms was stained,the aircon in the first bedroom didn’t work properly,it was really loud.The cleaning for house needs to be a lot better it was dusty floor needed mopping.so before I could enjoy my stay I had to clean everything.

− Property was quite dated and a little run down. Crockery and cutlery was dirty on arrival, dishwasher and shower head in second bathroom were broken. Lounge probably needs to be replaced too.
